Thank you for shopping at Sebeez. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we do offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 15 days of the delivery date. You may request an exchange for:

• A different color
• A different size

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unwashed and unused
• In its original condition with all tags attached
• Free from any damage caused by the customer

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges on items that are:

• Washed
• Used or worn
• Damaged by the customer

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect piece, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the defect.
